Service request procedure for claims
- Please submit your service request in writing using our online form above.
- Provide as much detail as possible to expedite service
- Make sure to submit a few photos of the issue(s)
- Builders Direct Supply will promptly forward your service request to the manufacturer.
- You’ll either hear from our service specialist or from the manufacturer’s representative directly to set up field service. All details about your service appointment will be communicated to you during this time.
- In the meantime, please feel free to call us any time for status update.
Manufacturer's direct service report forms
Some manufacturers allow you to report a warranty claims directly to them. If you wish to report your warranty claim directly to JELD-WEN, Milgard and La Cantina you may do so by clicking on their service forms below. In most cases, manufacturer’s representatives will contact you directly within 48 hours.
